What do I do?

In October 2013, a friend said to me "Do you want to write to the angels?" It was an automatic writing exercise, meaning writing a question and allowing your hand to write, not judging what it's writing. I immediately noticed that I was writing things that did not come from my own mind. A few days later, I told that friend "Come sit down! I said Hello and I got an answer!" and the rest is history!

I can receive thoughts and speak them verbally, without "blacking out" or going into a trance. I do this for myself of course, I check on decisions, ask why I'm feeling bad and often complain about how things are going... I always receive something. Always. Something helpful, kind, and that turns out to be true every time.
