My Story

I was born in Lebanon, and became a nurse at 21 years of age. I worked as a nurse in Beirut, Boston then San Diego where I still live. I have always felt a clarity that I shared with people when they would talk to me about their problems, they always said that I helped them see where their obstacles were.

I earned a Masters degree in Psychiatric Nursing and finally understood what it means to study something you love. Along the way, in Boston, I received an Access Consciousness Bars session (energy work) and it worked "like magic"! For the next 2 weeks I kept saying "where did my anxiety go??" and I had not said a word during the session. Over the next 10 years I listened to a lot of Youtube videos about spiritual and energy philosophies, from which I gleaned little bits here and there but did not feel like I subscribed fully to any of them.

In 2020 I acquired a Health and Life Coach certification, and it became clear to me that I can incorporate my channeling abilities into my coaching method.

In 2023, my desire to work from home and have a peaceful quiet existence doing healing sessions for people and writing, became undeniable. I could not postpone using my talent to help others anymore.

My mission is to use my ability to connect to non-physical and move energy, to help people in any way that they need, and to heal suffering and wounds that we all have.
